What cities does leaseee support?
Right now, leaseee is built specifically for New York City. Our data sources, building lookups, and analysis models are tuned for the NYC rental market. We are exploring expansion to other major cities in the future.
How current is the data?
We pull building records, violations, complaints, and market data from city databases and public sources in near real-time. Most information is updated within 24–48 hours. However, leaseee reports are for informational purposes only and should be verified independently before making any leasing decisions.
Can I run a report on any listing site?
Yes. You can paste any NYC listing URL from sites like StreetEasy, Zillow, Apartments.com, RentHop, Craigslist, or any other site. You can also type in the full address of the unit if you do not have a URL. Our system will extract the building and unit details and generate a full report.
Do I need an account?
Yes, you need an account to browse the map and run reports. Creating an account is free and only takes a moment — just sign up with your email.
What is included in a report?
Each report includes building-level data such as violations, complaints, DOB records, elevator status, bedbug history, market comparisons, neighborhood context, and a final verdict to help you decide before applying.
